Joe's passion for agriculture was cultivated at Philadelphia's W.B. Saul H.S. of Agricultural Sciences, leading him to earn a bachelor's degree in Agri-business Education from Tuskegee University and a master's degree in Extension Education from Penn State University. His global impact includes training sessions for the Ministry of Agriculture staff in Haiti, reflecting a commitment to international agricultural development. The author of "Little Joey Starts a Farm," Joe extends his influence, imparting wisdom on sustainability and making agriculture accessible to all.
